General info
The commercial carriers concerned such as airlines, cruise companies, bus lines, etc. are not responsible for any act of omission or event during the time the passengers are not on board their conveyances. The passage contract in use by the concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the carriers and the purchasers of these tours. Baggage and personal effects are at the owner's risk throughout the tour unless insured.
Sundial Special Vacations, Inc and cooperating agencies act only as agents for the passengers in all matters pertaining to arrangements for the tours, such as accommodations, meals, sight-seeing, and all forms of transportation and baggage handling, and as such are not responsible for injury, damage, loss or delay occasioned by any cause whatsoever. Sundial Special Vacations, Inc. is considered a private party and reserves the right to decline, accept or to retain any person as a member of a tour at any time.
Responsibility
Sundial Special Vacations, Inc. reserves the right to change or cancel any portion of the tour at any time. Vacations will be cancelled if the minimum number of participants has not been met.

Deposits and Final Payment
On international or cruise vacations a deposit of $600 is required and final payment must be made 70 days before departure date. On all other vacations a deposit of $200 is required and final payment is due 45 days before departure date.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Land portion is refundable 45 days or more prior to departure. Fewer than 45 days a $100.00 cancellation fee will be assessed by Sundial. In addition many hotels and ground operators may also charge a fee. Airfare in non-refundable but may be used at a later date for an additional fee. Other restrictions may apply.
Tour Price
Tour price includes accommodations, all meals, ground transportation and entry fees to all events, taxes and gratuities. Tour dates and prices are subject to change without notice.
Your Tour Experience
Sundial Special Vacation Tours are designed to meet the physical needs of all out clients. Daily activities are relatively slow paced, in a relaxing atmosphere. Participants can expect walking short distances over level terrain with few stairs. Able walking travelers should have the capability of moving in and out of ground transportation such as motor coaches, rail cars, aircraft and small boats. Some of our vacations have limited availability for those who need walking assistance such as a wheel chair or walker, please call out office to check for space. Most of all Sundial Special Vacations are designed with fun and safety in mind.
