The commercial carriers concerned such as airlines, cruise companies, bus lines, etc. are not responsible for any act of omission or event during the time the passengers are not on board their conveyances. The passage contract in use by the concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the carriers and the purchasers of these tours. Baggage and personal effects are at the owner's risk throughout the tour unless insured.

Sundial Special Vacations, Inc and cooperating agencies act only as agents for the passengers in all matters pertaining to arrangements for the tours, such as accommodations, meals, sight-seeing, and all forms of transportation and baggage handling, and as such are not responsible for injury, damage, loss or delay occasioned by any cause whatsoever. Sundial Special Vacations, Inc. is considered a private party and reserves the right to decline, accept or to retain any person as a member of a tour at any time.

Sundial Special Vacations, Inc. reserves the right to change or cancel any portion of the tour at any time. Vacations will be cancelled if the minimum number of participants has not been met.

On international or cruise vacations a deposit of $600 is required and final payment must be made 70 days before departure date. On all other vacations a deposit of $200 is required and final payment is due 45 days before departure date.

Land portion is refundable 45 days or more prior to departure. Fewer than 45 days a $100.00 cancellation fee will be assessed by Sundial. In addition many hotels and ground operators may also charge a fee. Airfare in non-refundable but may be used at a later date for an additional fee. Other restrictions may apply.

Tour price includes accommodations, all meals, ground transportation and entry fees to all events, taxes and gratuities. Tour dates and prices are subject to change without notice.
